What the site provides
HomeReno Cost offers free home-improvement cost calculators for general information and planning. The calculators run in your browser: you enter project details and we return an itemized low–high estimate built from national unit costs and a region-adjusted labor model. You do not need an account, and we do not sell products or services through the site.
Estimates are not quotes or professional advice
Our figures are derived estimates compiled from public cost aggregators and government wage data. They are not contractor quotes, appraisals, or professional advice, and using the site does not create any professional or contractual relationship. Real prices vary with project complexity, access, material availability, and local demand. Always confirm with a licensed professional before you budget or sign a contract. Each calculator's methodology page lists the formula, unit costs, labor model, and sources so you can judge an estimate for yourself.
No warranty
The site and its estimates are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any estimate will match the actual cost of your project.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeReno Cost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on information from the site. You use the site and its estimates at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or use it in a way that breaches applicable law. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the site or its users.
Advertising and third-party links
